Push-ups to stop the alarm

The alarm you
can't cheat.

To turn it off, you do push-ups. Your camera counts them. No sliding a button, no half-asleep snoozing — you're moving before your brain can talk you out of it.

Requires iOS 26.1 or later. iPhone only. Subscription required — weekly, or yearly with a free trial.

You can silence it. You can't dodge it.

Most alarms fail because stopping them costs nothing. Kill the sound on WakeStrong and it comes back every 5 minutes until you've earned your morning.

Camera-verified push-ups

The camera counts your reps on the device itself. No honor system, no tapping your way out.

Rings through silent mode

Built on Apple's AlarmKit, so your alarm sounds through Focus and the silent switch.

Streaks that multiply

Every morning you win adds a day to your streak, and your streak multiplies the points you earn.

Ranks and leaderboard

Earn RP for every push-up, climb the ranks and see exactly where you stand globally.

Weekly progress photos

Kept on your device and never uploaded, so three months of mornings become something you can look at.

Six alarm sounds

Pick your poison, set separate alarms for different days, and reinforce them every 5 minutes.

How it works

  1. Set your goal. Choose a wake-up time, the days it repeats and how many push-ups the morning costs.
  2. The alarm rings. Silence it and it returns every 5 minutes until the goal is done.
  3. Do the reps. Prop up your phone, the camera counts each rep, and only then does the alarm stop for good.
  4. Keep the streak. Earn RP, climb the ranks, and watch the weekly photos stack up.
Two things worth knowing before you rely on it. WakeStrong is exercise: check with a doctor if you have any condition that makes push-ups a bad idea, and stop if something hurts. And like any app alarm, it depends on your phone being charged, switched on and holding its permissions — keep a backup alarm for anything you truly cannot miss. The full detail is in the Terms of Use.

Privacy in one paragraph

Your camera feed is analysed on your iPhone and never leaves it. Your progress photos, alarms and settings stay on the device too. What reaches our server is only what the leaderboard needs: your display name, your points, your streak and which days you completed. We don't sell data and we don't track you across other apps. The long version is in the Privacy Policy.
